Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Harakat Bahrain account and associated personal data from inside the app or by contacting support.
Delete From the App
- Open Harakat Bahrain and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then Account Settings.
- Open Live Support and request account deletion.
- We may ask you to confirm ownership before completing the request.
Email Request
Email contact@harakatapp.com from the email address on your Harakat account and write "Delete my Harakat account" in the subject.
What Is Deleted
- Account profile details, contact details, photos, notification tokens, and support identifiers tied directly to your account.
- Player profile data that is no longer needed for active bookings, disputes, safety, accounting, or legal obligations.
What May Be Retained
Some booking, support, venue, fraud-prevention, security, or accounting records may be retained where required to operate the service, resolve disputes, comply with law, or protect users and venues. Where possible, retained records are anonymized or separated from your active account.
Deletion requests are normally reviewed within 30 days after ownership is confirmed.
