Harakat Bahrain helps players discover padel venues, view court availability, reserve slots, manage matches, and contact support. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control your information.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as name, email address, phone number, password credentials, and verification status.
- Profile information such as home area, playing hand, preferred side, skill level, photos, match history, and player stats.
- Booking and venue activity such as selected venue, court, time, group size, guest names, reservation status, cancellations, and support context.
- Location information when you choose to enable nearby court discovery. You can deny or disable location access in your device settings.
- Support messages and attachments you send to us.
- Device and service data such as app version, push notification token, diagnostics, security logs, and basic usage events needed to run and protect the service.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, show relevant venues and time slots, process reservations, support player profiles and match features, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We share only what is needed to operate Harakat. Participating venues may receive booking details required to manage a reservation. Service providers may process hosting, storage, email, notification, analytics, or support data for us under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Payments
The initial launch uses pay-at-property reservations. If in-app payment providers are added later, this policy and the store disclosures will be updated before that feature is released.
Retention
We keep account and booking information while your account is active and as needed for venue operations, dispute handling, security, accounting, and legal compliance. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
Your Choices
- You can update most profile details in the app.
- You can control location permission and notifications from device settings.
- You can request account deletion through the app or by email.
