These terms apply when you use Harakat Bahrain to discover padel venues, view availability, reserve courts, manage matches, and contact support.
Using Harakat
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and use the app only for lawful personal or venue-related activity. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Bookings
Reservation availability, court details, prices, cancellation rules, and operating hours are provided by or on behalf of participating venues. When you reserve a court, you agree to pay the amount shown in the app directly at the venue unless another payment method is clearly shown before confirmation.
Venue Responsibility
Venues are responsible for honoring confirmed reservations, maintaining their courts, and applying their venue rules. Harakat helps connect players and venues, but does not operate the courts.
Player Conduct
Do not misuse the service, submit false bookings, harass other players, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the app. We may restrict accounts that create safety, fraud, spam, or operational risk.
Content and Accuracy
We work to keep information accurate, but availability, pricing, photos, descriptions, and venue rules can change. Confirm important details before travelling to a venue.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
